At Professional Lifting Services we can offer you a comprehensive 24 hour breakdown and repair service to make sure your inconvenience is dealt with quickly and efficiently by our team of over 20 engineers. All our engineers are mobilised with their own well equipped vans and carry all relevant safety equipment.

We can also provide you with an intense pre preventative maintenance service program which will help you have a greater control over expensive breakdown costs and enable your company to have as much provision as possible to schedule your cranes repairs to suit your production. Our service programs are in depth and fact finding and prove to have real benefits in terms of budget control and loss of down time to your production.

Statutory Inspections of your loose lifting tackle is also an available service we can provide. In accordance with LOLER we carry out scheduled inspections of your equipment providing you with the reassurance that all of your equipment is safe to use and free from risk. Once our inspection has taken place you will receive an up to date inventory stating all your equipment. We are also able to repair items that require attention where fault is found, and replace items which are deemed beyond repair from our extensive range of stock. 

Training of operatives in the safe use of cranes and lifting equipment is now a pre requisite for many of our customers in accordance with legal requirements and meeting legislatative obligations, so we can meet this requirement with on site training, bringing you up to date with the latest handling practices and legal legislation. We can arrange for our training officer to visit your company and provide your staff with manual handling techniques, slinging practices, pre use inspection practices and crane operator training. Our training is in the form of class work and practical training with certification at the completion of the course.
